1. Who we are
This policy describes how LF Media Inc (“Mortgage Benefit Match,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through https://mortgagebenefitmatch.com and any related pages, forms, and communications (the “Site”).
LF Media Inc is a marketing company. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or insurer, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not originate loans.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Identifiers — first and last name, email address, telephone number, street address, and zip code.
- Property information — occupancy type, property type, an estimated property value range, and an estimated loan amount range.
- Consent records — the exact disclosure text shown to you, the date and time you submitted it, and the page you submitted it from.
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.
- Referring URL and the pages you viewed on the Site.
- Marketing attribution parameters carried in the page URL (for example
utm_source,utm_campaign,gclid).
Information from third parties
- Advertising networks and lead sources, where you submitted your information to them.
- Our network partner, regarding the status of an inquiry you submitted.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or payment card details through this Site, and you should never send them to us by email.
3. How we use your information
- To transmit your inquiry to the lending network and partners identified on our Marketing Partner List, so they can present you with options.
- To contact you by phone, text message, and email about the inquiry you submitted, where you have consented.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
- To measure and improve our marketing and the performance of the Site.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
4. Telephone and text message communications
If you provided consent, you agreed to be contacted at the number you supplied using automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You may also revoke consent by emailing admin@lightfootglobal.com, or by telling any representative who contacts you. We honor revocation requests within 10 business days at the latest. Revoking consent for marketing does not stop transactional messages about an inquiry you have already submitted, and does not by itself revoke consent you gave to a partner company — contact those companies directly.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Because we are paid for transmitting inquiries to our network partner, that transfer may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California and other state privacy laws. 6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements — generally five years for consent and marketing records. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and tracking
This Site does not currently set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not use advertising pixels. Your browser does load a web font from Google Fonts, which discloses your IP address to Google in order to deliver the font file; Google's handling of that request is governed by its own privacy policy. Standard web server logs record your IP address and request details as described in Section 2.
If we add analytics or advertising technology in future, we will update this section before doing so and provide any opt-out mechanism required by law. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.
9. Your choices and rights
- Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or email us.
- Do-not-call — ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
- Access, correction, deletion, and portability — available to residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, and to others at our discretion.
- Appeal — if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Submit requests to admin@lightfootglobal.com or by mail to the address in Section 1. We verify requests before acting on them, generally by matching at least two data points against our records, and we respond within the period required by applicable law. California residents should also review our California Privacy Policy.
10. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, where required, notify you directly. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
